Dr. Shivayogi R Kusagur is the Founder and Chairman of Kusagur Eye and Skin Hospital, Davangere( Centre for Oculoplasty and Aesthetics in Central Karnataka) .
He did his long term fellowship in Orbit and Oculoplasty from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai during 2006-2008 under the mentorship of Dr. Usha Kim. Later he started an exclusive Orbit and Oculoplasty model clinic in Davangere, Karnataka in 2009. He is also associated with JJM Medical College, Davangere, Karnataka as Professor.
With 10 years of experience in the field of Orbit and Oculoplasty, Dr. Shivayogi R Kusagur is a visiting consultant to various premier eye hospitals across Karnataka. He is visiting Orbit and Oculoplasty consultant to Bangalore Nethralaya, Bangalore.
His areas of interests include Ocular Oncology, Oculoplasty, Lacrimal disorders and Facial aesthetics. He also has various presentations in National and International meetings to his credit. He is a co-author for many textbooks in the field. He has received many academic awards Nationally and Internationally.
